Hi all — my husband (chartered mechanical engineer, currently in HVAC, studying NEBOSH) and I (chartered accountant, project management background) are exploring an idea to help trades/construction SMEs with the admin side of running jobs — things like project tracking, H&S compliance, finance and general process headaches.
Before we build anything, we want to actually understand what’s painful day-to-day rather than guess.
